HOW TO DO 24 Bitrate ?

I allready found myself how to do it. Simply, if you have Cool Edit (software) Just press F11 and then you can convert wav into 24 bit.
But there are some kind of problem by converting to 24 bit wave stereo sound. The sound remains empty. I need some suggestions what i need to do or what programe you more prefer to do this covertation.

Sorry for waiting... it's not the idea to convert 16bit sound to 24bit or convert 44.1khz to 48khz. you should generate / export the sound you've recorded or generated as a wav file with 24bit 48khz directly. you can do that with a professional software like cubase (steinberg), logic pro or an other sound software that supports exporting in this format. professional producers only uses wav files with this quality or even higher (96khz, 32bit), because 16bit / 44.1khz is the quality that you got on an audio cd.
